State Government to extend the First Home Builder Boost
In early December last year, we spoke about the First Home Builder Boost being extended to 31st December 2014. But now it will extend further but at a reduced rate.
Rather than ending the $30,000 First Home Builder Boost it will be extended for another six months at the rate of $20,000.
From 1st July 2015, the First Home Builder Boost grant will then continue at $10,000.
Even at the reduced rate, this is a fantastic time to commence that house project.
