Premier Lara Giddings and the Tasmanian Government announced that they are doubling the First Home Builders Boost from $15,000 to $30,000 and extending it to 31 December 2014, effective immediately. Eligibility requires the purchaser to be capable of obtaining the First Home Owners Grant.
"I would encourage anyone who has been thinking about building or even buying a new home off the plan to think seriously about taking advantage of this offer," Ms Giddings said.
